About this check

What the scan covers

The page is fetched once. We read the head metadata, check meta tags and structured data for an AI disclosure, analyse the visible text for invisible characters, and download the first few linked images to inspect them for Content Credentials. Results are grouped by which part of the page they describe.

One page, not a whole site

A scan covers the address you entered. Full-domain crawling is priced separately because it is a different job: many requests, a crawl budget, and a report that has to be aggregated rather than read at a glance.

What we do not do

We do not execute the page's scripts, we do not follow it into private networks, and we do not judge whether the writing 'sounds like AI'. The scan reports signals that are present in what the server actually sent.
