Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example a letter or an email:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, all payments received from you must be repaid without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day your withdrawal is received. The same means of payment is used for the repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the repayment.
If you expressly requested that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the services supplied up to the point of withdrawal, relative to the full scope of the contract. Compensation is only payable if you expressly requested the early start and were properly informed about the right of withdrawal and the compensation.
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the period only if the service has been supplied in full and performance began only after you expressly agreed to the early start and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
